Punjabi secret “Zero Capital Rule” (finally revealed)

スキルアップ

There’s one community from India which rules the retail and trade industry of the country

Well, I’m not talking about the Baniyas or the Marvaris

In fact, this community came from Pakistan, with no land, no savings, nothing at all

And if you had to look at where they ended up – they built the textile hub of Ludhiana, the sports industry of Jalandhar, the modern retail in Delhi, and so on

I’m talking about Khatri-Arora Community or “Punjabis” as they’re called, and the reason for their success is the Zero Capital Rule.

It says you don’t need money to start something. You just need a skill and a network, both of which actually cost nothing.

This idea is to start with whatever you have, use it to build cash flow and then slowly scale it.

Here’s how it works:

While most of us wait to accumulate money to start something, and this is where most of us get it wrong

The Punjabis did the opposite. They deliberately picked up things that needed no money to begin.

They would use just their skill to build a side income like a potter would take up pottery par-time, an accountant would start maintaining accounts for others in free time, and so on

And to do this, they used their network heavily. They got goods on credit from a relative. Even the shop came from a friend they knew. They even got their first customers from the network itself, who then acted as word of mouth for them.

This way, they would penetrate an industry, build trust there and slowly use it capture the entire industry.

So here’s the thing for you:

Today, it means starting out very frugally – using a skill you already know, and using your network – your friend, relatives, colleagues, and so to get the first order, client, etc.

So ask yourself what is that one skill that you can monetize as a side hustle, get a few first customers and slowly build into a business?
